Es una enorme satisfacción para nosotros, los de VASINFIN, asistir a este tan importante congreso internacional. De algún modo, "Vallejo sin Fronteras Instituto", justifica con la participación en este hito, y con creces, su pertinencia como grupo de estudio. No hacemos folklore, pero lo incorporamos a nuestras pesquisas; no celebramos efemérides, aunque nos adherimos a su alegría implícita; no nos jugamos por una sola teoría o metodología o ideología al leer, todas éstas deben ser para César Vallejo y no a la inversa.
